The Park lies directly on the A165 between Scarborough and Bridlington, both around 8 miles in opposite directions. The nearest bus and train stations are located in Filey itself. The Park is ideal for young families boasting two indoor swimming pools and an outdoor pool (end May – August inclusive, weather permitting), a fishing and boating lake, a 9 hole golf course, crazy golf as well as loads of other fun activities. There is also a steep path that leads down to an expansive golden beach. See the Park web site for full details of the activities available: (HAVEN WEBSITE)
The lodge is situated within the secluded Lakes Development, a cul de sac with no through traffic and grass areas for children to play. The lodge has a parking bay and overlooks the lake and golf course. There is a large outdoor decking area to the rear of the lodge which is ideal for taking in the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful setting. Internally the holiday home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The lodge sleeps 6 with a double bed in the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower, toilet and basin. All bedrooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and drawers provided. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. perfect!

spent a week at primrose valley in September with my other half and we loved every second! the home is spacious and so luxurious that we couldn't have asked for anything more. great sea views from the home and you are almost on top of the beach, which is easily accessed by a path very close to the pitch. there are lots of amenities on site as its a haven, so would be good for kids, we did however take advantage of the starbucks on site! amazing time and hopefully can go back soon 🙂
