The lodge is situated within A very popular holiday park which sits on a undulating cliff above a Blue Flag awarded sandy bay, with views of the sea. There iss a large wooden decking area around the lodge which is ideal for taking in the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful views .

Internally the holiday home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The lodge sleeps 6 with a double bed in the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower, toilet and basin. All bedrooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and drawers provided. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a well equipped kitchen diner, and a relaxing living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player.
Devon is the home of cream teas, surfing and has some of the best countryside England has to offer.ryside
There’s more to Devon than beaches and cream teas. With Dartmoor, the English Riviera and Bicton Park Bontanical Gardens a short drive away, You can also feed ponies at the World of Country Life.

We have had a Great week at Devon Cliffs relaxing and taking full advantage of the Owners Pool, Spa facilities and Gym. There are lovely walks and amazing views along this coastline and we struck lucky with the weather which allowed us to walk right along. Exmouth town centre isn't too far away either for a walk and a coffee.
Haven reception where not very helpful but the girls and guys working in the Owners Bay view Bar where very friendly and helpful. Minimart is well stocked and we used the priviledge card wherever we went in resort which saved us 15% everytime. Thank you to the Timpson family for this lovely holiday it gave us R and R which was much needed.
Had a truly wonderful time here with our friends.

Was a great week away for the GF and I. Was a lovely site and just a stunning part of the world
This home is located with THE MOST GORGEOUS views! Spent many an hour sat on the balcony just looking at the sea.
Some lovely walks nearby and the beach is great, lots of facilities on site including an EV charger which was great for us.

I must say after the stress of lockdown it was great to get away for a week and what a fab place to do it!
Stayed here with my kids August 2018 and couldn’t have wished for a better holiday.

Holiday Park- Fantastic swimming pool, really good entertainment for the kids. Food was good and really good value for money
Timpsons really do go all out to give you the best experience possible, starting with a nice bottle of Prosecco on arrival and biscuits for the kids. The Privilege passes gain entry to exclusive area, give you discounts on all you spend on the park and most importantly gets you served quicker at the bar 😄😄

Stayed here in October 2016, the home was lovely, well fitted out and clean. The site is HUGE and with lots to do for kids and adults.
We found the restaurants on site to be of a good standard with a decent amount of choice.
The entertainments team always put on a good, entertaining show.
There is lots to do outside of the site, with a petting farm just outside the exit to the home of micro pigs approx. 1hrs drive away.
