Brilliant! such a lovely 'home from home' feel. with all home comforts - good spacious 2 settee lounge area which backs onto the kitchen/diner area with a 4 seated table. the holiday home also has a large double ensuite, a spacious twin room and a slightly smaller twin bedroom (walking space - beds are the same). and a cosy bathroom.

the surrounding area of Northumberland has many castles and places to visit. would definitely recommend seeing all of those available. and only an hour away from Edinburgh! that's worth a visit also.

A place to definitely visit for food would be 'the Masons arms' pub in Wakrworth (5 Min drive). the food there is amazing.

10/10 all round for a place we have never been before, would go again if had the choice - Thank you James, John and family and also Martine.

the break started with a bang as my car broke down and we needed a hire car as mine was taken back home. The car we hired had a faulty gear box minus third gear however the stunning scenery and easily accessible dog friendly beach made it better. Plenty of friendly people and we intend to return to the area as thanks to the car issues we lost 4 days so had to stay local to the park. Loads of nice places to eat and just eat will deliver if you can't be bothered to cook. Lovely spacious caravan as well and the boat trip to see seals, dolphins and puffins is well worth it
